Delivery and collection can be arranged within the Kapiti area.  Larger orders as well as more distant venues will be quoted for upon applicatiion.

How do i place an order with Simplicity Wedding & Event hire?

Have a look through the items on our webste and then email your choices.  I will confirm availability, price etc.   I will also attach a copy of terms & conditions for you to review.  A payment of a 50% deposit secures the items for your special day.  The deposit is non refundable due to the booking process as other bookings may be turned down once your hire items are secured.

 

How do i receive my hire items?

Depending of whether you are going to pick up yourself of you would like the items to be delivered, delivery will be arranged 1-2 days prior to your event based on availability.

How do i pay for my hire items?

Bank account details will be provided along with your hire invoice.

What happens if one of the items i hire is damaged or broken at the wedding?

A replacement fee for the hire item will be charged upon collection or pick up for any damaged or broken hire items.
